- from 03/09 to 01/10/2011: 380 €
- from 01/10 to 31/12/2011: 300 €

PAYMENT: 20% upon booking and the balance 15 days before the Entry for rent.
DEPOSIT: 300 € per check not cashed, returned after the end of the lease except in cases of damage duly noted.
